- Guidelines
- Cost sharing with other funding agencies needed to
leverage funds
- IUPAC objectives met
- Visibility and usability of product
Rank proposals in the group
- Top N of total (N = 0.3 to 0.5 * total) ranked 1 to N,
N being highest
- All other proposal given a 0
- Ranking determined by sum
- Cut off ranking depends on funds available
Ultimate decision rests with the Division President
