COMMISSION ON ISOTOPE SPECIFIC MEASUREMENTS AS TRACEABLE REFERENCES (II.4)

Number: 240/14/98

Title: Trace Elements in Sediment

Series: International Measurement Evaluation Programme (IMEP-14)

Coordinator(s): I. Papadakis and P. Taylor

Completion Date: 2000 - Project Completed

Objective:
In this program, the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM), which coordinates IMEP, is focusing on the determination of trace elements (As, B, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn, U) in sediment. The material will be dispatched in sealed glass bottles containing approx. 40g of fine powder.

This project was presented at a poster session at the IUPAC Congress/GA July 2001
